If you are a student looking to get a deeper insight into how an NGO runs, what development work is all about, government-NGO synergies, development project proposals, and the overall ecosystem and process through which an NGO is able to carry out a project, Bakdil is an ideal space for you. Under this program, you will first have an introductory phase where you are familiarized with how the NGO runs, after which you get to select what department(s) you would like to specialize in. After selecting the specialization, you will have the opportunity to visit the villages to interact and live with the residents. During this period, you can create research-led project proposals that can be pitched to Bakdil and taken forward.
